Sara Jane Shanahan selected for Town of Wellesley Hardy, Hunnewell and Upham Master Plan Committee

Sara Jane Shanahan, chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, was selected to serve on the Hardy, Hunnewell and Upham Master Plan Committee for the town of Wellesley, Massachusetts. The HHU Master Plan Committee will be charged with carrying out further enrollment and traffic studies, as well as potential scenario refinement related to the reconstruction, renovation, consolidation or replacement of the three schools. It will then make a master plan recommendation to the School Committee and the Board of Selectmen.

The School District/Neighborhood and At-Large Representatives were selected using an online application process, with over 30 applications received and thereafter carefully vetted. The applications represented a diverse pool of highly skilled professionals and backgrounds from every school neighborhood.
