Cheng, vice-chair and partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and co-chair of the Professional Liability, to present at the Greater Newburyport Bar Association’s seminar, “Successfully Navigating the New Ethics Rules: Focus on Social Media and Conflicts,” on Tuesday, June 14th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newburyport Superior Courthouse.

Attendees will learn the changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct, how to apply the new rules in practice, when you can disclose confidential information, changes in the advertising and solicitation rules, and what’s new in social media issues
