Bethany A. Bartlett to speak at the Novogradac 2016 Financing Renewable Energy Tax Credit Fall Conference

Bethany A. Bartlett, chair of the firm’s Solar Energy Practice Group and a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, will serve as a speaker at the Novogradac 2016 Financing Renewable Energy Tax Credit Fall Conference, October 27^th in Washington, D.C. Her panel, “Debt and Economic Equity Trends,” will update developers on the current market for debt and equity financing for renewable energy, including an overview of lenders active in the market, lender underwriting issues, back-leveraged debt products and more.

Bethany focuses her practice on transactional real estate, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of both developed and to-be-developed properties. She has a specialty concentration in representing lenders in complex financing transactions, including Solar, New Market and Historic Tax Credit deals, as well as permanent financing for solar facilities. She also represents solar developers in negotiating ground and rooftop leases and power purchase agreements.

Matthew S. Cote, associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, is also attending the conference.
