Sherin and Lodgen client, Big Night Entertainment Group, announces restaurant collaboration with Guy Fieri
Sherin and Lodgen client, Big Night Entertainment Group (BNEG), announces famed restaurateur, Guy Fieri, will launch Tequila Cocina at the Hub on Causeway in Boston. The 185-seat restaurant will serve Latin street food and will be part of BNEG’s $25 million concert hall, a high-end, multi-tiered music hall. The project will occupy part of the second floor of the Hub on Causeway, a $1.2 billion project consisting of mixed-use retail, office, hotel, and residential space.
Read more about the project in the Boston Globe article, “ Guy Fieri is opening a restaurant here, and he’s promising to street taco the heck out of us.”
Led by Real Estate Department Chair Robert M. Carney, our representation of BNEG includes extensive lease negotiations, construction related matters, private placement memoranda for the raising of private equity, loan agreements, joint venture agreements, and licensing and management agreements for projects in the Seaport District, a casino resort, an historic building site, and a suburban sports and retail complex and now one of Boston’s newest mixed-use projects.
Founded in 2006 by veteran nightclub owners Ed Kane and Joe Kane, along with marketing and entertainment expert Randy Greenstein, BNEG exists to create unique dining and nightlife experiences that transcend tradition and the status quo.
