Sherin and Lodgen welcomes new associate to Real Estate Department

Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew E. Bensson as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. He represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.

Andrew’s skill set will further bolster the firm’s esteemed Real Estate Department, which provides clients with years of industry insights across practices, such as acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing, leasing, construction and design, environmental, permitting and zoning, business law, employment, and litigation.

Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Andrew was an associate at another Boston law firm. While in law school, he was an executive editor on the Uniform Commercial Code Digest, a Commercial Law Journal. Before attending law school, he served as a teacher in the 2009 Teach for America Corps in New Haven, Connecticut. Andrew is a graduate of Boston College Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Boston College.
