Beth A. Goldstein and Tanya M. Larrabee published in Solar Power World on updates to the state’s Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target program

Beth A. Goldstein, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department and chair of its Renewable Energy Practice Group, and Tanya M. Larrabee, associate in the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, were published in Solar Power World on May 27, 2020. Their article, “Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target (SMART) emergency regulations update,” expounds on updates made to various components of the SMART program in April, including size, land use provisions, and compensation structure and adders.
