Barbara T. O’Toole co-moderates BBA’s virtual Business Litigation Session Year in Review 2020

Barbara T. O’Toole, associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, co-moderated the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Business Litigation Session Year in Review 2020 webinar on June 17, 2020.

The Business Litigation Session of the Suffolk Superior Court, or BLS, provides a dedicated forum for the resolution of Business and Commercial disputes. The BBA’s BLS Year in Review provides practitioners an opportunity to hear the justices of the BLS discuss significant updates and trends in the session. The Judged discussed BLS-specific impacts of COVID-19 and key case developments over the past year.
