Jennifer L. Ioli named to inaugural Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” list

Jennifer L. Ioli, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America^© new category, “Ones to Watch.” This designation recognizes individual lawyers who are earlier in their careers for outstanding professional excellence in private practice in the United States. Recipients typically have been in practice for five to nine years.

Jen is a commercial real estate and environmental attorney with experience in acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing. In particular, she represents retailers, developers, and institutions on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including advising on environmental regulation and due diligence. A partner in the firm’s Renewable Energy group, Jen advises industrial companies on the roll-out of solar leasing to accomplish their business goals.

Best Lawyers’ methodology for determining these awards remains the same as it did when it was founded almost 40 years ago: an exhaustive peer-review survey, in which attorneys cast more than 9.4 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas. Best Lawyers highlights the top 5% of practicing attorneys in the United States, covering more than 148 different practice areas. Best Lawyers has been published since 1983 and selections will be featured in the 2021 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America^©.
