Carla M. Moynihan and Daniel C. Johnston, attorneys in the firm’s Real Estate Department, spoke at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) webinar, “How to Draft & Negotiate a Commercial Sublease,” on March 23, 2021. Carla and Dan discussed the essential concepts in every sublease and highlighted the interests and perspectives that landlords and tenants bring to each of them during negotiation and after the lease is signed.
