Brian J. MacDonough and David I. Brody, chair and partner of the firm’s Employment Department, respectively, presented at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Labor and Employment Law Section webinar, “Transnational Executive Employment,” on April 28, 2021. During the virtual event moderated by David, Brian and fellow panelists discussed immigration and global employment in a post-COVID world, including the nuts and bolts of cross-border executive employment agreements, traps for the unwary, and differences between the US and Europe regarding employee rights and employer culture.
