Joshua M. Alper and Paula G. Curry present at MCLE webinar on reciprocal easement agreements

Joshua M. Alper and Paula G. Curry, partners in the firm’s Real Estate Department, presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) webinar, “Drafting & Negotiating Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs),” on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. The program covered the essential concepts in every REA, and the interests and perspectives that property owners, anchor tenants, and lenders bring to the table.

As partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department and co-chair of the firm’s Environmental Law Group, Josh’s practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, environmental and zoning matters, and all aspects of land use development. Paula’s practice focuses on complex real estate property transactional matters throughout the United States, such as multi-site sales and acquisitions, assemblages, and representing borrowers in securitized financings and other real estate financing transactions. She became a LEED Accredited Professional in September 2008.
