Carla M. Moynihan named a “Go-To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly

Carla M. Moynihan, Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, has been selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a 2021 “Go-To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer.” The program recognizes the top commercial real estate lawyers across the Commonwealth who have a record of success and to whom other lawyers make referrals for their expertise and accomplishments. Carla and fellow honorees will be featured in the June 28, 2021 issue of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and in the New England In-House issue in August.

A partner and chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, she has over 25 years of transactional experience advising clients in all aspects of their acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, permitting, construction, and/or financing projects. She is an adjunct faculty member at the Boston University School of Law, where she received her J.D. degree. She is also a Group Leader of ProVisors Downtown Boston Real Estate Affinity Group, and a member of the Boston Bar Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and Women in Transportation. Carla has been ranked in “Chambers and Partners USA,” “The Best Lawyers in America,” “Massachusetts Super Lawyers,” and as a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Top Women in Law.
