Peter Friedenberg serves as panelist at REBA webinar on leasing lab/life science space

Peter Friedenberg, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, served as a panelist in the Real Estate Bar Association’s (REBA) webinar, “Lab/Life Science Leasing: What Commercial Leasing Lawyers Must Know,” on July 23, 2021. The program focused on the considerations that make the leasing of laboratory space unique from typical office or other lease transactions. Peter and co-panelists, Paul Bauer and Michael Riley, have represented both real estate developers and owners, as well as life science companies of all sizes. Participants learned about these lab-specific leasing issues from both the landlord’s and the tenant’s perspective.
