Sherin and Lodgen adds two new associates to highly recognized Litigation Department
Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce the addition of Marcella Alvarez Morgan and Stella T. Oyalabu as associates in the firm’s Litigation Department. Both attorneys represent clients in complex business, employment, professional liability, and real estate disputes.
Before joining the firm, Marcella was an associate at a Boston law firm. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Public Service/Veterans Committee. Marcella is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, where she was named a Public Interest Law Scholar and served as co-chair of the business law society. While in law school, she was a bankruptcy litigation intern for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and a proxy voting and corporate governance intern for BNY Mellon.
Stella was also previously an associate at a Boston law firm and clerked at the Massachusetts Appeals Court for Associate Justice Gabrielle Wolohojian. She is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where she gained practical experience through the Civil Litigation Clinic and interned at two local Boston firms.
