Sherin and Lodgen congratulates our client, Boylston Properties, on their recent purchase of 615 Arsenal St. in Watertown, MA.  A joint venture of Boylston Properties and J.P. Morgan purchased the property, a 126,460 s.f. Home Depot store, strategically located between 500 Forge and the remaining retail, multi-family, and life science components of Arsenal Yards.  Financing was provided by Citizens Bank and Eastern Bank.  For more information, please read the full press release from Boylston Properties.
