Nancy S. Shilepsky serves as co-chair for ABA International Labor and Employment Law Committee Midyear Meeting

Nancy S. Shilepsky, partner in the firm’s Employment Department, co-chaired the American Bar Association (ABA) International Labor and Employment Law Committee 2022 Midyear Meeting. The conference was held May 1-5^th in Berlin, Germany.

Each year for nearly 40 years, the International Labor and Employment Law Committee has held timely and informative meetings overseas to exchange views face-to-face with leading labor relations and employment law experts in foreign capitals and major cities, such as Dublin, Hong Kong, Barcelona, Tel Aviv, Rome, Paris, Berlin, Istanbul, Madrid, Beijing, Vienna, St. Petersburg, Stockholm, Amsterdam, London, Geneva and Prague. Committee members study and report on current developments in foreign labor relations law and employment law practices, particularly those affecting U.S. multi-national enterprises operating abroad.
