Brian J. MacDonough presents at MBA’s 43rd Annual Labor & Employment Spring Conference

Brian J. MacDonough, chair of the firm’s Employment Department, presented at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) 43rd Annual Labor & Employment Spring Conference on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. His panel session, “Employment Law Update,” provided insights on the latest labor and employment laws and regulations. Other topics discussed included COVID’s everlasting impact in the workplace, vaccine mandates, returning to the office, remote work, and reasonable accommodations.
