Sherin and Lodgen adds new associate to Employment Department
Sherin and Lodgen LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Daniel I. Lampke as an associate in the firm’s Employment Department. He represents individuals in all aspects of employment negotiations and litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour disputes, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Dan is an experienced employment litigator, having successfully represented individuals in state and federal court, as well as in arbitrations and before state agencies. Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, he practiced as an associate at a Boston law firm, focusing on litigation, employment, business, and municipal law disputes. While attending law school, he worked as a legal intern for the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit and for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor.
Dan received his J.D., cum laude, from New England Law in Boston and earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
