Sherin and Lodgen attorneys, Robert M. Carney and Carla M. Moynihan, elected to The Abstract Club

Sherin and Lodgen LLP announces that two of its partners, Robert M. Carney and Carla M. Moynihan, have been elected to The Abstract Club.
Founded over 150 years ago, The Abstract Club is comprised of lawyers who are considered leaders in the field of real estate law. Membership is limited to 100 lawyers in Massachusetts and is by invitation only. Bob and Carla join fellow Sherin and Lodgen attorneys and club members Joshua M. Alper, Douglas M. Henry, Sander A. Rikleen, and Ronald W. Ruth.
Bob is a partner and former chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department. He is experienced in all aspects of real estate and general corporate law with a concentration in real estate and business acquisitions and sales, real estate development, real estate and commercial finance and restructuring, commercial leasing, landlord/tenant issues and business counseling.
Carla is a partner and chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, and she has over 25 years of transactional experience advising clients in all aspects of their acquisition, disposition, leasing, permitting, construction, and financing projects. Her clients include owners, institutions, developers, retailers, individual investors, hotels, state agencies, municipalities, and lenders.
