Beth A. Goldstein presents at MCLE’s 24th Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference

Beth A. Goldstein presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) 24th Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference on March 30, 2023. This annual event covers recent developments in federal and state legislatures, agencies, and courts, as well as Massachusetts municipal law. Beth presented in the panel, “Energy Law: Incentives, Standards and Siting Issues for Clean Energy Projects.”

As chair of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group and a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Beth represents clients engaged in complex renewable energy transactions including construction and permanent financing of clean energy facilities, permitting, development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects, energy regulatory issues, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects. Her leasing practice includes landlord and tenant representation in the leasing of renewable energy, industrial, retail, restaurant, and office space.
