Sherin and Lodgen adds two new associates to Litigation Department

Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle W. Cunningham and Mariem Marquetti as associates in the firm’s Litigation Department. Both attorneys represent clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen, Kyle was an associate at a Boston law firm, where he focused his practice on complex civil and business litigation. Kyle earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as a senior editor on the Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technologies. While in law school, he gained valuable legal experience serving as a judicial intern for a federal judge, a corporate counsel extern for a commercial real estate company, and a law clerk to a personal injury law firm. He also worked as a legal extern for a software startup while participating in the virtual Notre Dame London Law Program. Additionally, he was a paralegal for a Fortune 500 telecommunications company before law school.

Mariem joins Sherin and Lodgen from a Massachusetts-based law firm where she was also an associate. Her legal practice includes civil litigation in municipal and land use law, education, and labor and employment. She has litigated matters before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Department of Labor Relations, state courts, and has done work in arbitration disputes. During law school, Mariem served as a law clerk in the International Narcotics and Money Laundering section of the Department of Justice U.S. Attorney’s Office in Miami. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law.
