Congratulations to our client, Famille Perrin, on launch of The Gardener Gin

Sherin and Lodgen congratulates our client, Famille Perrin, on the launch of “The Gardener Gin,” a collaboration between Famille Perrin, distiller Tom Nichol and Brad Pitt. The Gardener Gin is a dry gin that “celebrates the lushness and light of the French Riviera with a fresh citrus taste.” The official launch will take place at the opening of the Carlton Hotel during the Cannes Film Festival. The product will be introduced in the U.S. in the fall.

The S&L team is led by Jonathan F. X. O’Brien, partner in the firm’s Business Law Department. Our representation includes advising on the U.S. legal structure, agreements relating to the U.S. launch of the product, and regulatory compliance matters.
