Jennifer Ioli Connelly presents at MCLE program on surviving and thriving as commercial landlords and tenants post-pandemic

Jennifer Ioli Connelly, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department and a member of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, presented at an in-person Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program on December 5, 2023. The program, “Surviving & Thriving as Commercial Landlords & Tenants Post-Pandemic,” discussed the current condition in the CRE leasing market, key commercial lease provision implicated by the pandemic, and how these provisions are viewed from the landlord’s and tenant’s perspective.

The program will be rebroadcasted on Wednesday, December 20th at 9:00 am and Thursday, December 28th at 12:00 pm.
