Congratulations to our client, STAG Industrial, Inc. (“STAG”), on its completion of three New Jersey rooftop community solar projects. These systems were developed by Dimension Energy, facilitated by Black Bear Energy, and will generate more than 3.4 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, sufficient to furnish electric use of nearly 500 homes.

The S&L team, which includes partners Douglas M. Henry and Jennifer Ioli Connelly, represented STAG in the negotiation of these transactions.
