Sherin and Lodgen congratulates our client, LBA Logistics, on the nearly completed construction of a 17-MW community solar portfolio consisting of seven projects hosted on their rooftops. The solar portfolio spans across four commercial buildings owned by LBA Logistics in Rosedale and Belcamp, Maryland.

These projects are in collaboration with Summit Ridge Energy and Black Bear Energy.

The S&L team was led by Douglas M. Henry and Jennifer Ioli Connelly, partners in the firm’s Real Estate Department and members of its Renewable Energy Practice Group. Our role included drafting and negotiating the rooftop leases.
