Sherin and Lodgen partner Jennifer Ioli Connelly co-chairs MCLE program, “What to Do When Your Lease Goes into Default”

Jennifer Ioli Connelly served as co-chair for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, “What to Do When Your Lease Goes into Default,” on May 16. Jen and fellow co-chair discussed lease default provisions and remedies, and the impact of bankruptcy filings on landlord and tenant rights under commercial lease agreements.

Jen is a commercial real estate attorney with experience in acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing. In particular, she represents retailers, developers, and institutions on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. A partner in the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, Jen advises institutional investors, industrial companies, and other types of commercial property owners on solar leasing matters for rooftop, ground mounted, and canopy facilities.

The program will be rebroadcast on Friday, June 7 at 9:00 a.m. and Monday, June 17 at 2:00 p.m.

The MCLE aims to keep raising the caliber of lawyers’ professional and ethical service to their clients and communities, by providing comprehensive and practical continuing legal education of the highest quality to the broadest possible audience.
