Congratulations to our client, Sea Oak Capital, LLC, on the acquisition of eight community solar projects in Vermont

Sherin and Lodgen congratulates its client, Sea Oak Capital, LLC, on the acquisition of eight 500 kW net-metered solar facilities in Vermont. These community solar projects were acquired from Green Lantern Solar.

The solar facilities will generate electricity for eight family farms, three dairy farms, several retailers, hotels, resorts, restaurants, a campground, and a country club. The multi-project portfolio includes a diverse range of projects throughout the state of Vermont.

The S&L team, led by Beth A. Goldstein, chair of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, represented Sea Oak Capital in the acquisition and financing of these projects.
