Sherin and Lodgen Adds New Associate to Real Estate Department

Sherin and Lodgen is pleased to announce the addition of Susana J. Lum as an associate in the firm’s distinguished Real Estate Department.

Susana works with retailers, developers, landlords, and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Susana was an attorney at the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), where she worked on the procurement, construction, and financing of new and existing transit infrastructure projects. While pursuing her J.D., Susana interned for The Carle Foundation in Champaign and for True Value Company in Chicago.

Susana received her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, and her B.A. in Legal Studies from Lasell University.
