Beth A. Goldstein presents at MCLE’s 26th Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference
Beth A. Goldstein, partner and chair of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) 26th Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference on March 27. Beth presented on the panel, “Energy Law: Permitting, Standards, and Siting Issues for Clean Energy Projects,” discussing critical updates in the energy law landscape from the past year. The annual event covers developments in each of the major fields of environmental law, energy law, land use, and related litigation.
As chair of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group and a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, Beth represents parties engaged in complex renewable energy transactions including construction and permanent financing of clean energy facilities, permitting, development, and leasing for solar and battery energy storage projects, energy regulatory issues, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of renewable energy projects. Her leasing practice includes landlord and tenant representation in the leasing of renewable energy, industrial, retail, restaurant, and office space.
The conference will rebroadcast on Friday, April 11 at 9:00 a.m. and Tuesday, April 22 at 9:00 a.m.
