Driving

From the North

1. Take I-93 South to exit 16A towards South Station
2. Merge onto Purchase Street
3. Turn right onto Summer Street
4. Turn left onto Lincoln Street
5. Turn right onto Bedford Street

From the South

1. Take I-93 North/US-1 North and use the left lane to express exit towards South Station
2. Take the ramp to South Station
3. Continue onto Lincoln Street
4. Use two left lanes to turn left onto Bedford Street

From the West

1. Take Mass Pike/I-90 East to exit 134A/B/C
2. Keep right to continue onto exit 134A towards South Station
3. Turn left onto Kneeland Street
4. Turn right onto Hudson Street
5. Turn right onto Oxford Street
6. Turn right onto Essex Street

From the T and Commuter Rail

From South Station

Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue. At the first crosswalk, turn right and cross onto Essex Street. Head straight down Essex Street for two blocks until it meets Surface Road. Take a slight right turn at the crosswalk to walk across Surface Road, then take a left to cross Lincoln Street. Continue straight onto Essex Street, then enter through the Essex Street entrance on the right.

From the Green Line (Park Street Station)

Take the Green Line to Park Street. Get off at Park Street, exit the Boston Common and walk straight down Winter Street. After 1 block (at Washington Street) Winter Street becomes Summer Street. Follow Summer Street for three blocks then take a right onto Lincoln Street, then an immediate left onto Bedford Street. Follow Bedford Street down for half a block and the entrance will be on your left, or follow Lincoln Street for one block, then take a right onto Essex Street and the Essex Street entrance will be on the right.

Red Line

Take the Red Line to South Station. If exiting from South Station, turn left onto Atlantic Avenue. At the first crosswalk, turn right and cross onto Essex Street. Head straight down Essex Street for two blocks until it meets Surface Road. Take a slight right turn at the crosswalk to walk across Surface Road, then take a left to cross Lincoln Street. Continue straight onto Essex Street, then enter through the Essex Street entrance on the right.

If exiting from the South Station subway tunnels, head straight down Summer Street (in opposite direction of South Station), cross at intersection of Summer Street and Surface Road, then take a left across the street to follow Surface Road for a block, crossing the street again where Surface Road meets Lincoln Street. Take a slight right turn onto Essex Street, and the entrance will be on the right.

Orange Line

Take Orange Line to Downtown Crossing and transfer to Red Line. Exit at South Station and follow South Station directions. Or, exit at Downtown Crossing and take the Summer Street exit out of the station. Turn left, following Summer Street for four blocks. Turn right onto Lincoln Street, then an immediate right onto Bedford Street. The Bedford Street entrance will be on the left.

Blue Line

Transfer to the Orange Line at the State station and get off at the Downtown Crossing station. At Downtown Crossing, take the Summer Street exit out of the station. Turn left, following Summer Street for four blocks. Turn right onto Lincoln Street, then take an immediate right onto Bedford Street. The Bedford Street entrance will be on the left.

Silver Line

For the Washington Street line, travel to Downtown Crossing. Walk down Summer Street for four blocks. Turn right onto Lincoln Street, then take an immediate right onto Bedford Street. The Bedford Street entrance will be on the left.

For the Waterfront and Airport Terminal lines, travel to South Station. Walk up Summer Street, and turn left onto Surface Road. Take a slight right onto Essex Street, and the entrance will be on the right.

By Taxi

Direct the driver to One Lincoln Street, and head to the Essex Street entrance across from Sillwater, or the Bedford Street entrance next to TALK Schools, Boston.

From Logan Airport

Get on MA-1A South. Use the two right lanes to turn slightly right onto the MA-1A South ramp to I-93 North/Sumner Tunnel/Gov’t Center. Continue onto MA-1A South, and use the left lane to take the exit towards Gov’t Center. Take a slight left onto John F. Fitzgerald Surface Road. Turn right onto North Street, then use any lane to turn left onto Congress Street. Turn right onto Franklin Street, left onto Winthrop Square, then continue onto Otis Street. Continue onto Kingston Street, then use any lane to turn left onto Essex Street. The Essex Street entrance will be on the left.
