Nancy S. Shilepsky named to Benchmark Litigation’s inaugural national list of “Top 20 Labor & Employment Litigators”
Nancy S. Shilepsky, partner in the firm’s Employment Department, was recognized by Benchmark Litigation as one of the Top 20 Labor & Employment Litigators in the country. 2022 Benchmark Litigation is the publication’s first guide to include this list of elite lawyers recognized by peers and clients alike for their exceptional reputations and achievements in labor and employment litigation. Nancy and fellow designees received the most robust and vocal “best-in-class” nominations through Benchmark Labor and Employment’s recent research cycle.
This adds to Nancy’s growing list of prestigious industry accolades, which include her being repeatedly listed by Thomson Reuters/Boston Magazine as one of the Top 10 Massachusetts Super Lawyers and receiving Chambers USA’s highest Star Individual ranking. She has been named a “Go-To Employment Lawyer” and “Lawyer of the Year” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (MLW), was featured in MLW’s “Power Issue” and was named by The National Law Journal as one of the most influential lawyers in Massachusetts.
Sherin and Lodgen’s Employment Department at-large was also ranked in Benchmark Litigation’s highest category as a leading Labor and Employment practice in Massachusetts. Additionally, the definitive guide ranked Nancy and fellow partners Brian J. MacDonough and Matthew C. Moschella as Labor and Employment Litigation Stars. The three join several other Sherin and Lodgen attorneys selected as Litigation Stars.
