Andrew E. Bennson quoted in New England Real Estate Journal on what landlords and tenants need to know about Massachusetts House Bill 4615 and Senate Bill 2631

Andrew E. Bensson, associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, was published in the New England Real Estate Journal on April 24, 2020. His article, “What landlords and tenants need to know about Massachusetts House Bill 4615 and Senate Bill 2631,” explains how the Massachusetts House of Representatives’ bill, H.4615, which establishes a temporary moratorium on all but “emergency” evictions and foreclosures, and the Massachusetts Senate’s bill, S.2631, an alternative version of the House Bill, will be reconciled to establish a final bill to provide a temporary moratorium on all but “emergency” evictions and foreclosures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
