Beth A. Goldstein, chair of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group and a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, presented at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) 23rd Annual Environmental, Land Use & Energy Law Conference on March 3, 2022. This annual event covers recent developments in federal and state legislatures, agencies, courts, and Massachusetts municipal law. Goldstein discussed the expansion of solar, including solar leasing, and what’s next for solar energy incentives programs in New England.
