Bethany A. Bartlett and Sander A. Rikleen elected to The Abstract Club
The Abstract Club is by invitation only and limited to 100 real estate lawyers in Massachusetts
Boston law firm Sherin and Lodgen LLP is pleased to announce that two of its partners, Bethany A. Bartlett and Sander A. Rikleen, have been elected to The Abstract Club.
Founded over 150 years ago, The Abstract Club is comprised of lawyers who are considered leaders in the field of real estate law. Membership is limited to 100 lawyers in Massachusetts and is by invitation only. Bartlett and Rikleen join fellow Sherin and Lodgen attorneys and club members Joshua M. Alper, Peter Friedenberg, Ronald W. Ruth, Douglas M. Henry and Executive Committee member, Edward M. Bloom.
Bartlett is chair of Sherin and Lodgen’s Solar Energy Practice Group and a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Her practice focuses on transactional real estate and includes project finance, the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of both developed and to-be-developed properties, including land use, zoning, title and permitting matters, as well as conservation and deed restrictions for the preservation of open space.
Rikleen is a partner in Sherin and Lodgen’s Litigation Department. His practice includes a wide variety of commercial trial work, with considerable experience in real estate litigation. His experience includes numerous Land Court and Superior Court actions involving zoning, trespass, rights of first refusal, easements and title matters.
