Brian J. MacDonough presents at BBA webinar on workplace investigations

Brian J. MacDonough, chair of the firm’s Employment Department, presented at the Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar, “Workplace Investigations: Understanding Best Practices from the Perspective of the Complainant, the Target and the Employer,” on Thursday, April 14, 2022. Brian and fellow panelists discussed key considerations in determining when to initiate a workplace investigation, the key steps in determining how to approach the investigation process, and best practices for documenting and concluding a workplace investigation. The speakers covered these topics from the perspective of the employer as well as from the complainants and targets.
