Brian J. MacDonough to speak at BBA CLE on Recent Labor and Employment Court Decisions

Brian J. MacDonough, partner in the firm’s Employment Department, will join other distinguished attorneys from the Boston area on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 to discuss recent labor and employment decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court and the Supreme Judicial Court at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) CLE: The Supremes. Among the decisions to be discussed are the U.S. Supreme Court’s key labor decisions in Janus v. AFSCME, Counsel 31 and Epic Systems Corporation v. Lewis and the SJC’s landmark ruling in Barbuto v. Advantage Sales and Marketing, LLC.
