Carla M. Moynihan, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, presented at ProVisors’ webinar, “Commercial Real Estate Trends,” on Wednesday, October 14. The virtual event was the third session of ProVisors’ Business Advisory Group webinar series, “Surviving, Thriving and Growing Your Business Through the Pandemic.” Carla and fellow panelists discussed current insights on relevant topics such as commercial leasing changes in business/legal terms, lead time adjustments in due diligence/underwriting for CRE financing, and positive movement in certain CRE sectors.

Carla, who’s Group Leader of ProVisor’s Downtown Boston Real Estate Affinity Group, is a commercial real estate attorney with over 25 years of transactional experience advising clients in all aspects of their acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, permitting, construction, and financing projects.
