Carla M. Moynihan to co-chair BBA Annual Meeting

Carla M. Moynihan, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, will co-chair the Boston Bar Association’s Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 19, 2019, alongside M. Patrick Moore, of Hemenway & Barnes LLP. This year’s meeting, to be held at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, will focus on housing, one of the most critical issues facing Boston, as the city strives to create and support a more inclusive community with greater opportunities for all. The program will also highlight the lawyers and advocates working toward change in our community and feature keynote speaker Richard Rothstein, author of The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America. Richard will give an overview of how local, state, and national housing policies led to residential segregation in cities across America.
