Carla M. Moynihan to serve as vice chair of City Year Greater Boston’s annual Women’s Leadership Breakfast

Carla M. Moynihan, chair of Sherin and Lodgen’s Real Estate Department, will serve as a vice chair of City Year Greater Boston’s annual Women’s Leadership Breakfast to be held virtually on February 8, 2022. The event, presented by MFS Investment Management, will discuss how City Year and our schools are adapting to teacher shortages caused by COVID spikes and continuing to improve educational outcomes.

City Year was founded in 1988 as a national service program to unite young adults from diverse backgrounds for a demanding year of full-time community service. City Year has grown from 50 corps members in Boston to more than 3,000 members serving in 29 US cities, as well as in South Africa and the UK.
