Carla M. Moynihan to moderate panel discussion during Bisnow’s Digital Summit Boston 2021 Forecast
Carla M. Moynihan, chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, will moderate a panel discussion during Bisnow’s Digital Summit Boston 2021 Forecast, to be held virtually on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. The event will bring together brokers, owners, developers, architects, engineers, and construction professionals to discuss the impact of national and local policy initiatives on investment and development, financial strategies to overcome market volatility, and design and planning insights for meeting the needs of the new world.
Carla will moderate a session titled, “Riding The Uncertainty Wave: Tackling Challenges & Unlocking Opportunity in 2021,” at 9:30 a.m., which will cover how lenders and borrowers can collaborate to overcome uncertainty, reduce risk and delays, liquidity in the equity and debt markets, which areas and asset classes in Boston are appealing to domestic and international investors amidst the pandemic, and how local and national policy will affect transaction volume.
