Christopher R. Blazejewski, partner in the firm’s litigation and employment departments, and Jessica G. Kelly, partner in the firm’s litigation department will spoke at the Boston Bar Association’s “Blurring the Lines: What Duties Do Attorneys and Other Professionals Owe to Non-Client Third Parties” on Friday, October 3rd.  Christopher and Jessica served as the panel to discuss the outcome from Baker v. Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Door LLP.  Bethany A. Bartlett, partner in the firm’s Real Estate department, and Gary M. Markoff, partner in the firm’s Real Estate department, attended the lunch.
