Christopher R. Blazejewski, partner in the firm’s Litigation and Employment Departments, recently had an article published in Rhode Island Lawyers Weekly entitled, “Social media and the workplace: takeaways from ‘Beagan’”.

The article discusses the Rhode Island Supreme Court’s decision in Beagan v. R.I. Department of Labor and Training, et al. and provides guidance to employers and employees on using social media in the workplace.
