Sherin and Lodgen congratulates its client, A Street Hospitality, on the successful grand opening of La Padrona, a luxurious Italian restaurant, at the new Raffles Boston hotel in Back Bay. The highly anticipated restaurant made its debut on May 15.

Award-winning chef and restaurateur Jody Adams opened the new Italian restaurant with partners Eric Papachristos and Jon Mendez.

The S&L team, led by C. Forbes Sargent III, chair of the firm’s Business Law Department, advised on corporate, financing, and real estate matters, together with partners Jennifer Ioli Connelly and John B. Shinn. Forbes also attended the restaurant’s grand opening.
