Congratulations to our client, Agilitas Energy, Inc., on the completion and interconnection of a 9.6 MW and 13.4 MWh community solar and storage project in Rochester, Massachusetts

Sherin and Lodgen’s Renewable Energy Practice Group represented Agilitas Energy in the purchase, development, and financing of a solar and battery energy storage project in Rochester, Massachusetts. The project is a part of the Massachusetts SMART program and will serve as a community solar facility providing local businesses with cost savings. The project will also bring renewable power to over 1,800 homes.

The Sherin and Lodgen team was led by Beth A. Goldstein, chair of the firm’s Renewable Energy Practice Group, and included Colleen V. Collins and Tanya M. Larrabee.
