Sherin and Lodgen LLP congratulates our longtime client, First Highland Management & Development Corp., on the sale of two industrial buildings in Attleboro, MA and New Bedford, MA, totaling approximately 158,825 square feet. The buyer is Albany Road Real Estate Partners.

The S&L team, led by Ronald W. Ruth, advised on all aspects of the transaction, including environmental elements related to hazardous materials components. Pamela R. Swanson, associate, assisted in the transaction. Our recent representations for First Highland have included permitting and leasing of a 450,000 square foot industrial and office park in Readville, MA and an office park in Canton, MA. We have also represented First Highland in various financing matters.
