Congratulations to our client, The Urban Grape, on their completion of a $550,000 loan agreement with The Business Equity Fund at the Boston Foundation
Sherin and Lodgen represented The Urban Grape in a $550,00 loan transaction with the Boston Foundation’s Business Equity Fund. The low-interest loan agreement will allow The Urban Grape to expand their footprint and create jobs through the newly formed Drink Progressively Group. The Urban Grape is a black-owned and women-owned business based in Boston, and is one of the most successful and award winning wine stores in America.
