David I. Brody, partner in the firm’s Employment Department spoke on a panel for a Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar, “Breaking Up Can Be Hard: Best Practices for Safeguarding Trade Secrets” on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024. David shared insights on advising executives through career transitions while navigating potential trade secret disputes. Also speaking on the panel were Caroline Simons of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and Anne Pearlman of Philips. The discussion was moderated by Adam Samansky, co-chair of the Trade Secrets division of the Boston Intellectual Property Law Association (BIPLA).
