Debra Squires-Lee, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, co-chair of the Business Litigation and Professional Liability Practice Groups, and Thomas W. Kirchofer, associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, recently had an article published in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly entitled, “Firms need to provide new lawyers with clear ethical guidance.” The article discusses the responsibility of law firms to educate new lawyers on the Rules of Professional Conduct.
