Edward S. Cheng presents at ABA webinar on ethical considerations for “exiting” attorneys

Edward S. Cheng, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, presented during an American Bar Association (ABA) webinar on November 10, 2021. The program, “Transition and Retirement Planning: Ethics Issues for Solo and Small Firm Practitioners,” gave guidance to “exiting” attorneys on how to retire or transition their practice while being consistent with ethical rules and good business practices.
