Edward S. Cheng serves as panelist during MCLE Business Litigation Conference

Edward S. Cheng, vice chair and partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, and co-chair of its Professional Liability, Business Litigation, and Construction Law practice groups, served as a panelist during the MCLE’s 20th Annual Business Litigation Conference, held virtually on February 5, 2021.

Ed’s panel, titled “Commercial Litigation Landmines Evolving from COVID-19,” covered litigation developments stemming from the unprecedented business challenges faced in the wake of COVID-19.

MCLE is a nonprofit dedicated to providing hands-on educational programs and reference materials, focusing particularly on applied law: practical, highly concrete training for attorneys in the essential elements of professional practice.
